👋 Hi, we’re Gabe and Sarah - parents, partners and co-founders of Kush Cave.

The Cave started with one simple belief - that parents, too, deserve calm and joy in our lives. Too often, we freely give this away to everyone but ourselves.

🚨 Somewhere along the way, we said enough. We started rejecting the same tired old patterns and something happened - we realized that when we take care of ourselves, we show up better for everyone else - calmer, happier and more connected. 🤗

Hemp products became part of that shift for us - a grounding, natural way to manage stress, rest better and simply feel more ourselves. 🌱 We built Kush Cave to share this experience with you. 💪

Our goal is normalize hemp use, especially in places where it’s still whispered about. We’re here to share knowledge and start conversations. 😎
